Missing item in order

If something is missing from your order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Send us clear photos of the items you received, along with your invoice, order number, and the name on the invoice. Our team at cleopatra.lk will quickly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Damaged or faulty product/ Incorrect item received

If your order from Cleopatra arrives damaged, faulty, or with an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Kindly share a short description and clear photo of the affected item, along with your order number and the name as shown on the invoice. Our team will provide instructions within 1 working day and arrange a replacement or suitable alternative once the product is returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Skin reaction

For skin reactions, including allergies, we don't accept returns or refunds. Read product details and ingredients carefully. Do a patch test before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Dissatisfaction with product or color

Our policy does not cover returns based on personal preferences such as product performance, fragrance, or color once the item has been opened or used. We kindly encourage you to research thoroughly before purchasing, as slight variations in color may occur due to photography and lighting.

Order Cancellation

At Cleopatra, we aim to hand over your package to the courier within 1 working day. Once dispatched, we are unable to pause or cancel the delivery. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at the earliest possible time so we can assist you before it leaves our hands.
